My mood has gotten better since my last post...for two reasons...

Flea markets are my friend!! I bought tons of movies. Ive been trying to steer away from VHS and stick with DVD for space purposes...but I couldnt resist. VHS' always seem to be calling my name. Anyways, LIST TIME...

I am currently reading Atonement and HP and the Prisoner of Azkaban!!!...I figured it was time I FINALLY started book 3.

Last night I had a dream/nightmare that Rob Pattinson killed himself!!!! ahhh..it was terrible.
So when I woke up, I HAD to search the net to make sure he hadnt!! I was relieved to find out he hadnt!!

Im not really in the mood to post, but I havent been posting much lately, so.....here goes....

I saw Hard Candy starring Ellen Page.
can you say PSYCHO?!
I didnt really like this movie. It was kind of entertaining to watch the guy squirm while being "castrated", but other than that, it wasnt for me.

Ive started watching Joan of Arcadia season 2, 
since I forgot to move it down on my queue list on netflix. 
Its pretty good so far.
I love Chris Marquette in this. He will always be Adam to me. 

Whats funny though is, Luke, the total nerd in this show will be playing Mike, the popular guy, in Twilight. heh.


The Eye
This movie was pretty good. Im making an attempt to watch "scary" films.
I usually try to avoid them, but that cuts out such a huge amount of movies that could possibly be great.
Since this didnt look too bad, I started with it. It had a really cool story line and great acting. It wasnt too scary, it just has creepy faces popping up a few times.



I also saw Dont Mess With the Zohan last week.
It was Adam Sandler, so it was, of course, hilarious!!



Wow, thats it? Thats all Ive watched? Man, I have no clue what Ive been doing with my time!! My cousin stayed with me for 2 weeks, but other than that, I have no clue. I HAVE been rewatching movies like crazy though.

As for books, I havent been reading much lately :(
Ive read a little of Parasite Rex, and its pretty interesting.
Im thinking about just rereading The Host and Twilight.

I think that Taylor Lautner will make a really great Jacob in the Twilight movie. Hes adorable. But theyre planning on making New Moon quickly, before any of the actors playing the Cullens age. My question is... Jacob ages about 5 years, gets a foot taller, and turns to pure muscle in a very short amount of time.....so what are they going to do?...put Taylor on steroids?!!! lol. 



THE HOST
I think The Host would make an excellent movie!! I bet they would totally screw it up though!!!
But I was trying to put an actor with each character. Its actually harder than I expected!! No one really perfectly matches.

I finished Felicity season 3!!!!!! I loved it!!


My dad actually requested that I rent this on Netflix.
So I was completely suprised when I liked it!! hah
Its pretty Hilarious.



Im so excited! I requested Parasite Rex by Carl Zimmer weeks ago, and it finally came into the library!!!!!!!!!!! I havent read much of it, but its got some disgustingly awesome pictures of parasites and a William Blake poem(random but, yay).

Oh goodness, The Host...sigh.
I didnt give it enough attention in that short crappy post!
There is no question about it..Im going to be reading this over and over again.
I have to admit, I thought that it had a slow start. I was interested from the beginning, but I wasnt exactly enthralled for the first few chapters..i was mostly confused, because they hadnt explained everything yet!! I love absolutely everyone in this book...except maybe the annoying tracker..she bugged me. Anyways, Ill stop there before I spoil anything!

Ive officially decided to read all of the Harry Potter books, so I read the first one the other night, and half of the second one on friday. Theyre really good!! Before I read the third one I want to read The Host by Stephenie Meyer...which Ive been dying to read. I also read "The Last Days" last week. Its the sequel to PEEPS. Both books were so good, but in different ways because the story lines were so different.


I saw The Last Day starring the amazingly gorgeous and talented Gaspard Ulliel. I really liked it, even though some parts kind of confused me a little.



I also saw SLC Punk, which was awesome. Its funny and smart and so entertaining..i loved it!!


As for the whole "going back and watching every single episode of the X-Files", I HAVE started that!!
And Felicity, season three is so good!!

One of my most favorite stores, Half Price Books, is having a sale this weekend. 20% off everything!!
This store is amazing. It has new/used books, movies, CDs, records, comic books, and other random things.
so, anyways...new stuff!! yay

I havent read the peeps series yet, but I read Walk Two Moons in 5th grade. Hopefully its as good as I remember!

Well I finished Eclipse today.
it was, of course, absolutely amazing.
Maybe Ill read The Host to get my Stephenie Meyer fix if I get desperate before August 2nd.
...but until then, Ill have no way to satiate my need for an Edward fix.
But anyways, now that Im finished reading the Twilight series, I have no idea what todo with myself!! Im watching Murderous Intent for the third time...lusting after Tom Sturridge. haha.
(i like the title "Like Minds" better!!)

I got New Moon in the mail yesterday.
..and finished reading it yesterday.
...IM ADDICTED!!

.it is exactly my brand of heroin.

So recently Ive been on a childish Judy Blume kick.
And Ebay is supporting this kick.

Dragonheard & Dragonheart: A New Beginning
Even though Dennis Quaid was in the first one, I actually preferred the new beginning one that has Chris Masterson from Malcolm in the Middle!!

Also; I bought Step Up.
YAY!! Channing Tatum!!

As for TWILIGHT..

I was reading one of Stephenie Meyer's movie update blogs from July, 2007. she was talking about considering Tom Sturridge for the part of Edward. He would have made an excellent Edward!! He is so pretty and perfect...and pale...just like Edward.


But Rob Pattinson will make a great Edward.
Im pretty happy with the cast.

I know Ive already written about it, but Im soooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Movies are never as good as the books, but I REALLY hope that the movie does the books justice!!!
